It was the first wine they began producing in the late 1980s and has since become the backbone of their winery. Through this bottle, they share their family traditions—traditions that reach the table and the glass, offering a true taste of the Calvini family and their land.

In 2025, Vermentino grapes from Luca's vineyards were used to produce a wine awarded Best Vermentino of the Ligurian Ponente and ranked among the Top 5 Vermentinos in Italy.

Well suited to grilled or steamed fish, seafood, vegetarian dishes, fresh salads, pasta and mild cheeses, making it a versatile choice for international and Belgian cuisine while preserving its Mediterranean identity.

Vinification: Gentle crushing and pressing, fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature

Tasting notes: Intense straw yellow. Floral aromas with notes of sage and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, well-structured with vibrant acidity and pronounced salinity, finishing with a pleasant almond note.
